I have spent most of my years in litigation law firms in the practice areas of domestic relations, personal injury, workers' comp, and criminal law. I recognize these practice areas are stressful and overwhelming for law firms and clients alike. This led me to obtain a certification in Mental Health First Aid from the National Council for Mental Wellbeing. With this knowledge, I can provide training in communication and de-escalation techniques so your team can safely and responsibly address any potential issues.

I am an active participant with the Association of Legal Administrators (ALA) on the national and local levels. I serve as a mentor to those new to the ALA and firm management. I also moderate forums focusing on mental health wellness and those new to law firm administration.
